Sandra K. McNeely

OAKWOOD - Sandra K. McNeely, 63, of Oakwood passed away at 11:45 p.m. Thursday, April 7, 2022 at her home with her Husband by her side. Sandy, as she was known by family and friends, was born on December 17, 1958, in Defiance, Ohio to Phil Adams of Defiance and the late Ruth Erlene (Adams) Strait. On October 23rd, 1998, she married Steven L. McNeely who survives.

Sandy was a wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker.  She loved her home,

gardening and traveling with her husband.  She loved being outdoors with her dogs

Dora & Beagle, always by her side while visiting with family and friends.

Sandy will be sadly missed by her husband, Steve McNeely of Oakwood, her daughter, Cynthia Teegarden of Paulding, her father, Phil Adams of Defiance, her brother, John Adams of Oakwood, stepdaughter, Brittany McDonald of Defiance; two grandchildren: Devon and Chance; In-laws: Karen (Bud) Cohan of Oakwood, Lori (Jack) Lassiter of Oakwood, Shawn (Angie) Fellers of Swanton, Patti Wampler of Arkansas, Cindy Fellers of Charloe; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Erlene (Adams) Strait, sister-in-law, Cindy Adams, stepson, Adam L. McNeely, mother-in-law, Margaret G. Fellers and brother-in-law Aaron T. Fellers.

There will be no service at this time.

Arrangements are under the direction of HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Oakwood.
