Sharon E. Foust OAKWOOD – Sharon E. Foust, 82, of Oakwood, passed away at 6:12 p.m. on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at Paulding County Hospital.  She was born May 23, 1942, in Oakwood to the late Willard and Luella (Holt) McVay. Sharon is survived by four children:  Brad (Chris) Ripke of Woodburn, IN., Bart Ripke of Oakwood, Marsha (Phil) Wharry of Grover Hill, and Brian (Pam) Ripke of Oakwood; 13 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and a brother:  Dennis (Mary) McVay of Oakwood. She is preceded in death by a husband, Richard Foust; and a granddaughter, Deanna Ripke. Sharon worked at Campbell's Soup, Napoleon, and retired after 33 years.  She was a member of the Auglaize Chapel Church of God, Oakwood, where she volunteered at the food pantry.  Sharon was also a member of the Oakwood Park Board, and the Ever Willing Ladies Club. Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at Auglaize Chapel Church of God, Oakwood with Rev. Stan Harmon officiating.  Burial will follow in Monroe Cemetery, Continental.  A visitation will be held from 2 to 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday 9 to 11 a.m. at the Church.  Arrangements are under the direction of HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Oakwood.
