Sharon L. Keel

CONTINENTAL - Sharon L. Keel, 80, of Continental died at 1:26 a.m. Saturday April 20, 2019 at Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice, Defiance.  She was born July 11, 1938 in Miller City, to the late Arthur and Beulah (Wilser) Noon.  On March 13, 1958, she married Charles H. Keel, who preceded her in death on March 4, 2012.

Sharon is survived by two children:  Amy (Steven) Kauser of Paulding and Nick Keel of Defiance;  five grandchildren:  Nicole Morris, Austin (Morgan) Keel, Alex (Maddisen) Keel, Kyle (Kelsey) Kauser, and Cassandra (Caleb Tobe) Kauser;  eight great-grandchildren:  Addy, Avery and Ainsley Morris, Otis and Maya Keel, Charlotte, Bristol and Abel Kauser, and one on the way;  four sisters:  Mary Lou Noirot of Miller City, Linda Dangler of Paulding, Jeannie (Jack) David of Leipsic and Patricia (Gary) Bennett of Paulding.

She is preceded in death by a sister:  Shirley Grime.

Sharon was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Defiance.

The funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Continental, with Pastor Eric McDunnell officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday at 2 until the time of the service.
