Shirley J. Keller FT. JENNINGS – Shirley J. Keller, 75, of Ft. Jennings, passed away at 1:22 p.m. on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at The Meadows of Ottawa.  She was born January 3, 1949, in Lima to the late Jack and Ruth (May) Smith.  On July 19, 1994, she married Tim Keller after their paths re-crossed at their 25th Shawnee Class Reunion. He survives in Ft. Jennings. Shirley is also survived by three children:  Shannon (Steve) Schroeder of Ft. Jennings, Angela (Bill) King of Adamsville, TN, and John (Karen) Hawk of Dana Point, CA; five grandchildren: Morgan (Aaron) Schnipke, Macy (Bret) Slattman, Casey (Mercy) King, Cody (Tera) King and Keith Feist; five great-grandchildren; and a sister: Carol Smith of Port St. Joe, FL. Shirley loved dog agility and helped train a national champion Sheltie "Clever" in 2014.  She volunteered at dog shelters and raised many of her own.  Shirley graduated from Shawnee High School. Friends may gather for a celebration of Shirley's life from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, November 10, 2024, at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Jackson Township.
