Shirley (Parker) Snyder
LEIPSIC - Shirley (Parker) Snyder, 73, of Leipsic died at 2:45 a.m. on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at OSU Medical Center, Columbus.
She was born on September 30, 1940 in Findlay to the late Clifford and Florence (Burkholder) Parker.
Survivors include a daughter, Melissa (Jason) Velazquez of Leipsic; three grandchildren, Dakota, Arizona, and Montana Velazquez, all of Leipsic; and a brother, John David (Kitty) Parker of Lima.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Jamie Adams and Harold Straley.
Shirley was a homemaker.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, January 23, 2014 at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic.  There will be a private family service and burial at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
