Stephanie M. Crumrine

GLANDORF - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Stephanie M. Crumrine, 57, of Glandorf, a beloved wife, mother, and friend, who bravely faced the challenges of early onset Alzheimer's disease.  Stephanie passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 11, 2024, with her husband and children by her side.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Dale, her children, Kate (Alex) Woltz, Melissa (Trent) Reed, Claire, Collin, Derek, Brock, and Quin, her mother, Kathleen Schwab, and her brothers and sister, Barry, John (Laura), Lynne (Chad) Niese, Matt (Kami), Ben (Haley), and Tom (Katie).

Stephanie was preceded in death by her father, Stanley Schwab.

Stephanie was a devoted servant of the Lord and an active member of St. John the Baptist Church. She put her faith, family, and friends before all else.

Her talents in cooking, baking and sewing left a lasting imprint on family gatherings and celebrations. Her dedication to creating memorable moments extended to every corner of our lives.

As Alzheimer's cast its shadow over the last years of her life, Stephanie faced this relentless disease with courage and grace. Though her memories may have faded, her impact on our lives remains etched in our hearts. As Stephanie's soul has found eternal peace, may her memory bring comfort and strength to all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 15, 2024 from 2 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday, January 16, 2024 from 10 to 11 a.m. at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa. A parish rosary service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 16 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Glandorf with Fr. Matt Keller officiating. Burial will follow at St. John's Cemetery, Glandorf.

The family would like to thank the staff at Bridge Home Health & Hospice and the Meadows of Ottawa for their care and support provided to Stephanie.
