Sue Ellen Moore

CONTINENTAL - Sue Ellen Moore, 74, of Continental, passed away unexpectedly at her home. She was born August 16, 1952, in Defiance, the daughter of the late Erma (Morehead) and Joseph Moore. The family moved to California in 1967, where she graduated from Santa Ana High School in 1972. They returned to Putnam County, Ohio in 1976.

Sue enjoyed life and approached it with a sparkle in her eye and a mischievous sense of humor. She was generous to others, liked meeting new people, liked sharing stories, and she had a large heart for all animals. She was a good dancer, and was skilled at different types of needlework, which she often gave as gifts. She loved her large extended family, and would talk of them often.

She is survived by two sisters, Cora Wistner of Cridersville, OH and Mary Ford of Fayette OH, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Jane Thomas, and brothers, Joseph, William, John and Lotus.

A private service will be held at a later date at the North Mt. Zion Cemetery, Continental, Ohio.
