Susan L. Withrow
KALIDA - Susan L. Withrow, 64, of Kalida, died at 3:24 p.m. Monday, September 30, 2013 at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima surrounded by her family. She was born to Edwin and Marjorie (Jones) Ashton. Her father is deceased, her mother survives in Melbourne, FL. On August 22, 1980 she married Gomer Withrow who survives in Kalida.
Also surviving is a daughter: Andrea (Marc) Reinbolt Howell of Kalida; a stepson: Josh (Beth) Bentley of Monroe, MI.; 3 grandchildren: Jacob Howell, Jorja Howell, and Ashleigh Bentley; and a sister: Martha of Freemont. She was preceded in death by 2 infant children.
Susan was retired from Foodtown, formerly of Ottawa, where she was deli manager. She enjoyed shopping, camping, and doing crafts, but she loved being with her wonderful grandchildren. They were the love of her life.
Funeral Service will be 6:00 p.m. Thursday, October 3, 2013 at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa with Pastor Josh Bentley officiating. Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Putnam County Cancer Assistance Program (CAP).
