Susan J. Oliver
OTTAWA - Susan J. Oliver, 66, of Ottawa died at 9:40 p.m. Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at The Meadows of Leipsic. She was born November 7, 1948 in Findlay to Forrest and Bernice (Ward) Rayle. Her father is deceased, her mother survives in Leipsic. On December 22, 1968 she married Terry Oliver and he survives in Ottawa.
Also surviving is a son: Jeff (Danielle) Oliver of Glandorf; a son-in-law: Brian "Whitey" (Jenn) Langhals of Leipsic; 5 grandchildren: Megan Langhals, Jayden, Carson, and Braxton Oliver; 3 step-grandchildren: Emma Niese, Nick and Whitney Langhals; a brother: Forrest (Kathy) Rayle, Jr. of Findlay; and a sister: Janet (David) Spurgeon of Ottawa. She was also preceded in death by a daughter: Jennifer Langhals and a brother-in-law: Jim Losh.
Sue graduated from Bowling Green Nursing School and was an LPN. She retired from Calvary Manor / The Meadows of Ottawa-Glandorf,  after 40 years. She was a member of the First Lutheran Church in Leipsic. Sue loved being with her family, especially her grandchildren and enjoyed knitting, crocheting, gardening, and baking.
A Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 29, 2014 at the First Lutheran Church, Leipsic with Pastor George Zornow officiating. Burial will follow in Sugar Ridge Cemetery, Leipsic. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. on Sunday at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic and one hour prior to the service Monday at the church. Memorials may be made to North West Ohio Parkinson's Association.
