SYLVIA B. MURPHY

NORTH BALTIMORE - Sylvia B. Murphy, 64, of North Baltimore died at 4:43 a.m. Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at Blue Creek Healthcare in Whitehouse, Ohio.  She was born July 17, 1954 in Miller City to the late Sylvester and Mary (Luersman) Schnipke.

Sylvia is survived by two children: Crystal (Deane) Johnson of St. John, IN, and Joseph (Brandy) Gray of Highland, IN; three grandchildren: Katherine Johnson, Madeline Johnson, and Nickolas Gray; three brothers: Jerry (Ruby) Schnipke of North Baltimore, Albert (Melody) Schnipke of Ottawa, David (Sandy) Schnipke of Ottawa; three sisters: Linda Potthoff, Donna Shartzer, and Becky (Al) Hermiller all of Ottawa.

She is preceded in death by a brother in law: Bruce Shartzer.

Sylvia worked as a Commercial Title Agent at LandAmerica Lawyers Title.  She was a loving mother and grandmother.

Funeral Mass will be 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church with Father Matt Jozefiak officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa, with a scripture service at 7:50 p.m.  Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
