Tammy Jo Woolbright
CLOVERDALE – Tammy Jo Woolbright, 27, of Cloverdale died at 10:30 a.m. Monday, May 7, 2012 at The Ohio State Medical Center, Columbus following a short illness during which she gave birth to a stillborn daughter, Lilly Elizabeth. Tammy was born July 29, 1984 in Lima to James Dawson and Betty Wheeler. Her father is deceased and her mother survives in Cloverdale. On February 5, 2005, she married Shawn Woolbright who survives in Cloverdale.
Also surviving are two children: Zachary Coopes and Sara Woolbright both at home; two sisters: Sabrina Dawson and Kayla Dawson both of Lima; and a brother: Jimmy Dawson of Lima.
Tammy was a homemaker who was a devoted wife and loving mother and a caring friend to her extended family on Xbox.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Sunday, May 13, 2012 at HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Continental with Pastor Chris Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Cascade Cemetery, Cloverdale. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. on Saturday and one hour prior to services Sunday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
