Ted Hermiller

OTTAWA - Ted Hermiller, 59, of Ottawa died at 8:37 p.m. Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at the Putnam County Ambulatory Care Center, Glandorf. He was born February 18, 1957 in Lima to the late Donald and Mildred (Hoffman) Hermiller.

He is survived by five siblings: David (Sharon) Hermiller of Glandorf, Daniel Hermiller and Dale Hermiller both of Ottawa, Ruth (Michael) Ellerbrock and Jean (Leland) Meyer both of Glandorf; eleven nieces and nephews; fifteen great-nieces and nephews.

Ted was a lifelong farmer. He was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Ottawa, Ottawa Eagles, NRA, Leipsic Fishing and Hunting Club, and SCI (Safari Club International).

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 9:30 a.m. Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church Ottawa with Fr. Matt Jozefiak officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. on Friday at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa where there will be a scripture service at 1:45 p.m.
