Theresa Amelia Mattina

Leipsic - Theresa Amelia Mattina, 88, of Leipsic died 12:15 a.m. Saturday, December 24, 2016 at Bridge Hospice, Findlay.  She was born October 18,1928 in Cleveland to the late Edward and Winifred (Johnson) Hejduk.  On March 2 1957,  she married Leonard Alfred Mattina who died January 16, 2000.

Theresa is survived by a daughter: Karen Sunseri of Leipsic; a granddaughter: Danielle (James) Wicker; a grandson, Christopher Nazimiec; three great-grandchildren: Amelia, Reese, Ethan; a sister: Winifred Trickel of North Olmsted, Ohio and a brother: Raymond Hejduk of Streetsboro, Ohio.  Preceding her is death are a son-in-law: Gregory Sunseri and  eight brothers and two sisters: Edward, Joseph, Viola, Charles, John James, Robert, Billy, Eugene and Florita.

Theresa was a homemaker and attended St. Mary's Catholic Church, Leipsic.

A Mass of Christian Burial will begin 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 31, 2016 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Leipsic, with Fr. William Pifher officiating. Burial will follow in Sugar Ridge Cemetery, Leipsic. Visitation will be Friday  2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic and Saturday, 10 to 11 at the church.

Memorials may be given to Bridge Hospice.
