Thomas Joe Lauth

GLANDORF – Thomas Joe Lauth, 62, of Glandorf unexpectedly passed away September 27, 2024, at Mercy Health Putnam Medical Center, Glandorf.  He was born June 27, 1962, to the late Bob and Lila (Leffel) Lauth.  He is preceded in death by his sister Peggy and survived by his siblings Tim Lauth and Mike (Melanie) Lauth of Ottawa.

Tom was married to Barb (Langhals) Lauth from 1985 – 2022, she survives in Ottawa.  Together they had two sons, Dylan (Molly) Lauth and Riley Lauth, both of Ottawa.  Also surviving is his girlfriend, Carrie Schroeder, and her sons Adien and Weston Schroeder.

Tom was the best paw paw to his two granddaughters, Callie and Aubrey Lauth.  His smile shined so bright when he was with the girls, whom he loved so much.  Tom worked as a drywall finisher all his life and showed so much passion for his job.  In his free time, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, golfing, hunting, fishing and so much more.  Tom was a friend to so many.  With his contagious grin and laugh, he was always able to make you smile.  Tom will be missed dearly.

Please join us in celebrating Tom for a Celebration of Life, Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at the Leipsic Fishing and Hunting Club from 11 to 3 p.m.  Arrangements are under the direction of LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa.
