Thomas Moore

OAKWOOD – Thomas R. Moore, 60 of Oakwood died Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at his residence.  He was born December 2, 1960 in Defiance to Roger and Mary (Brown) Moore.  His father is deceased.  His mother survives in Oakwood.  He married Delorise J. Branham and she died December 11, 1997.

Other survivors include five children: Angie Evans of Defiance, Billy Evans of Defiance, Jessica Evans of Oakwood, Kayla Moore of Holgate and Thomas (Sara) Moore of Oakwood; thirteen grandchildren; two brothers: Brian (Brenda) Moore of Ottawa and Steve (Susan) Moore of Newark; and two sisters: Patti (Bob) Zimmerman of Continental and Lisa Cox of Defiance.

Funeral services will begin 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Oakwood with Vince Cantu officiating.  Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m., Monday and one hour prior to the service Tuesday at the funeral home.

Memorial donations may be given to the charity of the donor's choice.
