Timothy "Tim" Fenter

OAKWOOD – Timothy "Tim" Fenter, 56, of Oakwood, died at 8:25 a.m., Thursday, August 10, 2023 at his residence. He was born on November 22, 1966, in Defiance to Harold "Gene" and Ruth (Teegarden) Fenter, who survive in Oakwood.

Other survivors include a daughter, Riley Fenter of Continental; and two siblings: Jeffery (Gaye) Fenter of Oakwood and Barbara Brown of Hicksville.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lisa Hacker; and two siblings: Steve and David Fenter.

Tim was a truck driver and a veteran of the United States Army. He was a member of Dupont Church of the Brethen. Tim was a great son.

Funeral service will begin 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Oakwood with Pastor Terry Porter officiating. Burial will follow at Monroe Cemetery, Continental with military rites by Paulding VFW Post 587 and Oakwood VFW Post 341.  Visitation will be held from 2 – 8 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
