Trudy Kay Laubenthal-Grueser

LEIPSIC -  Trudy Kay Laubenthal-Grueser, 50 of Leipsic, died 11:45 a.m. on November 9, 2016 at St. Rita's Hospice. She was born December 3, 1965 in Lima, OH to Louis Sr. and Sharon (Berger) Laubenthal.  On July 12, 2001 she married Phillip Grueser who survives in Leipsic.

Trudy is survived by two step sons: Stephen Grueser of Leipsic, Erik Grueser of Findlay;  three brothers: Louis Jr. (Nancy) Laubenthal, Larry (Becky) Laubenthal, Dennis Laubenthal all of Leipsic; a mother-in-law: Tina Grueser of Point Pleasant, WV; two brothers-in-law: David (Dianna) Grueser of Huntington, WV, Ted Grueser of Point Pleasant, WV; four nieces and nephews:  Amber Courtney, Robby Laubenthal, Bradley Grueser, and Kaylie Grueser.

Trudy was a Leipsic High School Graduate, had worked for Patrick's Plastics, and owned Pisanello's in North Baltimore from 1995 to 2007. She loved her cats and dogs, was very crafty, enjoyed painting, cross stitching, geo-caching, and going to flea markets.

A funeral service will begin 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 14, 2016 at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic, where Pastor David Grueser will officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Sunday, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8, as well as an hour prior to service.
