Victor J. Niese

MILLER CITY – Victor J. Niese, 49, of Miller City died Friday, June 7, 2024 at his residence.  He was born September 17, 1974 in Lima to John and Phyllis (Schnipke) Niese.  His father is deceased and his mother survives in Leipsic.

Also surviving is a son:  Nobe (Juanita) Cavazos of Findlay; 3 grandchildren; 2 sisters:  Dawn (John) Fields and Lori Niese, both of Columbus and a brother:  Jason (Amy) Niese of Findlay.

In addition to his father, John, Victor is preceded in death by a sister:  Michelle (John) Steen.

Victor worked for Miller Brother Construction as an operator and was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church Miller City.  He formerly worked for Dietering Landscaping.  He was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan and a die hard Cincinnati Bengals fan.  He loved his Harley and Jeeps.  He was a proud grandfather, devoted dad, brother and son.  He was a hardworking man and anyone who knew him, knew his undying love of Star Wars.

There will be a celebration of life at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, June 13, 2024 at the LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic.  Burial will take place at a later date.  Visitation will be Thursday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
