Virginia E. Kite
Leipsic - Virginia E. Kite, 89, of Leipsic died Sunday, January 18, 2015 at her residence.  She was born July 31, 1925 in Napoleon to the late Harrison and Matilda (Hoff) Rettig.   On July 4, 1949, she married William Benjamin Kite who is deceased.
Virginia is survived by her  two children: Steven Kite of Leipsic and Sharon (Rick) Recker of Angola, Indiana; 3 grandchildren: Brian Recker, Tyler (Nikki) Recker and Kye (Laura) Recker; 3 great-grandchildren: Nickolie Recker, Trinity Recker and Daemon Recker.  She is also preceded in death by a sister, Florence Baker and 2 brothers: Howard and Vernon Rettig.
She retired from Phillips Display Components formerly of Ottawa.  She was a member of St. John's United  Church of Christ, Holgate.
A funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at Love-Heitmeyer Funeral Home, Leipsic with Rev. Dan Sather officiating.  Visitation will be from 12 noon till 1 p.m. Wednesday at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic.
