Wilma D. Boroff
Oakwood - Wilma D. Boroff, 96, of Oakwood, died 2:55 a.m. Friday, May 30, 2014 at The Laurels of Defiance.  She was born November 25, 1917 in Oakwood to the late Ross and Edna (Titler) Rau.  On July 3, 1939, she married Loy E. Boroff who died January 16, 1998.
Wilma is survived by 2 children: Tom Boroff and Janet Holbrooks both of Oakwood; a daughter-in-law: Mary Alice Boroff of Van Wert; 7 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren; a brother: Harold (Ada) Rau of Bluffton; and a sister-in-law: Louella Rau of Defiance.   She is preceded in death by a son: Dan Boroff; a daughter-in-law, Ila Boroff and 4 brothers: LeRoy, Raymond, Kenneth and Donald Rau.
Wilma was a housekeeper.  She was a member of Cornerstone United Methodist Church in Oakwood.
A funeral service will begin 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Oakwood, with Pastor Eric Dailey officiating.  Burial will follow in Prairie Chapel Cemetery, Oakwood.   Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday  and a hour prior to service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the charity of donor's choice.
